What Are Our Shipping & Delivery Methods?
OneofaKindFashions.com uses two shipping methods: U.S. Postal Service and UPS package delivery. Not all methods are available for all items.
UPS package delivery is the primary method of shipping for items weighing less than 150 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option

Where Do We Ship & Deliver?
UPS: 48 continental United States
One of a Kind Fashions does not currently ship or deliver by UPS to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. We do, however, accept BILLING addresses in these states (as well as other areas, such as Guam, Virgin Islands), as long as the item is being shipped to the Continental United States.

When Will My Order Arrive?
UPS Shipped Items
Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from the One of a Kind Fashions warehouse. The shipping time should be added to the number of days estimated for product availability.
Product availability is indicated on the Product Summary page for each item. For UPS, ground shipping times vary from one to five business days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our Texas warehouse.
Orders placed after 6.p.m (Central Time) on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday.
To determine how long it will take an item to arrive, add together the availability time and the shipping time.
Example 1: UPS Ground
Order placed: Saturday
Availability (This item typically ships within two business days): Monday or Tuesday
Ground Delivery: Order will arrive at shipping address between Wednesday and the following Tuesday (depending on the proximity of the shipping address to our Texas warehouse).

OneofaKindFashions.com ships items as they are available; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
"Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back". This pledge applies to any products purchased on our website.
Returns/Exchanges
All merchandise, except gift cards, can be returned in the original packaging materials. Note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
Gift Cards
Gift card(s) are neither refundable nor returnable. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards may be canceled and replaced with appropriate proof of purchase. Disregard any language to the contrary indicated on the Gift Card itself.

Returns Process
Mail-In Returns
All UPS Shipped items can be returned by mail using the pack slip provided. Your refund will be in the original form of payment. Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped. Print mail-in return order documentation.
To better serve you, please return your items by mail using the return label provided with your order.

Cancellations Process
UPS Shipped Items
UPS shipped orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.
Check your Order Status online. Orders with a status of "Processing" cannot be canceled. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped it means that UPS has taken possession of the merchandise.
